Job Requirements

Be available to work 32-40 hours per week for full-time or 20-30 hours for part-time
be able to work within shop hours of 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as needed
flexible availability to work across multiple locations in the Greater Seattle Area
excellent communication skills
ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and organic donuts
meet and exceed sales goals
maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
wash dishes and clean tables
sweep and organize the shop
provide excellent customer service including resolving guest issues
assist customers with questions and concerns in a timely manner
