Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register and process payments including cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, coupons
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- notify lead or manager for product and supply orders
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, product handling
- maintain clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers
- follow all PPE and safety guidelines
- adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- assist in other departments as needed
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
