Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No previous barista experience required

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer any questions guests may have
- Call guests by name and thank them for their order
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during periods of high volume to maintain smooth store operations
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following customer service and cash handling policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
