Job Requirements

Part-time availability with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compliance with all company policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a commitment to a safe working environment
No previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessity and client requirements
