Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
Engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts consistently
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions with request for clarification as needed
Comfort with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
