Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
availability to work flexible hours including weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent interpersonal skills
willingness to motivate and support team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience is an asset
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
a friendly and upbeat personality
willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties

Serve amazing drinks amazingly fast
greet and interact with customers with a positive attitude
prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
work effectively in a fast-paced environment
motivate and support team members
handle cash tips and ensure proper cash handling
