previous customer service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
answer any questions and call guests by name
provide and prepare quality beverages and food products according to recipe and presentation standards
stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example
operate a cash register and receive payment following all customer service and cash handling policies
keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance company culture and follow safety and security policies
