Job Requirements

No prior retail experience required
must be able to lift 50 pounds
able to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
ability to perform hand use tasks including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
ability to work in temperatures ranging from freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
ability to work in wet and dry conditions
flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
may require use of ladders

Job Duties

Weighs prices and packages customer orders
understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
answers phones and pages promptly and courteously
maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking and merchandising product
follows and ensures compliance with established procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
performs opening, mid, and closing duties
reports safety hazards and violations immediately
performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
