Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to the role
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to handle cash accurately

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
answer any questions
call guests by name and thank them for their order
provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
provide legendary service
stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example
operate a cash register and receive payment while following customer service and cash handling policies
keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost while following operational policies including safety and security
