Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Open availability to work varying shifts including days and hours
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical demands of the role
Willingness to learn and undergo training
Compliance with health and safety regulations
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
Ability to work part-time

Job Qualifications

No previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts with punctuality and regularity
Follow health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
