Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in barista or food and beverage roles preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift up to 30 pounds
flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred
basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation
strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and customer service skills
strong organizational and time management abilities
team player with a positive, energetic attitude
flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
high school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
maintain and clean coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders regularly
restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
keep all areas including workstations, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols
