Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation and retail beverage equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in conflict resolution
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcomes customers and team members ensuring a positive welcoming and engaging environment
  • Abides by service speed requirements without compromising beverage quality or customer service including third-party orders
  • Prepares and serves coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retail equipment such as espresso machines and convection ovens
  • Maintains clean and organized work and customer areas following health and safety guidelines
  • Creates new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to boost sales
  • Handles credit transactions
  • Supports training and mentors new team members during their onboarding process
  • Manages daily weekly and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team
  • Handles customer complaints and resolves issues professionally and promptly
  • Assists in inventory management and restocks supplies as needed including product displays
  • Proficient at working independently during shifts with self-directed initiative and minimal supervision
  • Occasional lifting carrying pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs
  • Constantly receives and exchanges detailed information through oral communication
