Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform basic math
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts
Ability to stand for long periods
Customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
Answer any questions from guests
Call guests by name and thank them for their order
Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example
Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following customer service and cash handling policies
Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of HMSHost while following operational policies and procedures
