Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Passionate about coffee and have a great work ethic
Ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
Ability to perform repetitive motions
Use of hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
Ability to clean and restock work areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment
Pass a 90-day probationary period
Willingness to attend occasional meetings at the corporate office in Pacific, WA

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
Positive and pleasant attitude
Ability to listen and follow instructions, take critical feedback
Basic computer skills and aptitude for leveraging technology
Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Food Handlers Card
Availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work on feet and stand for long periods

Job Duties

Educating customers on BigFoot Java beverage menus and taking orders
Greeting all customers as they pull up
Performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including employee duties for the shift
Keeping the bar area and stand clean
Reporting maintenance needs
Maintaining quality control of products while on shift and during customer exchanges
Handling cash and operating a POS system
Complying with health and safety regulations
Completing financial reporting per shift in adherence to company protocol
Working alone or with a team while delivering quality and consistency to customers
Solving customer challenges through excellent service
Communicating customer feedback to managers and recommending new menu items
Participating respectfully with co-workers and management
Maintaining positive staff morale
Ensuring excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
Staying knowledgeable about products
Consistently and efficiently preparing excellent quality beverages
