Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- continuously walk and stand throughout the shift
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to operate POS and brewing equipment
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- customer service and retail experience desirable
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- take orders, ensure fresh products, and maintain a fully-stocked display case
- operate brewing equipment to prepare coffees and other beverages while adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- operate cash register/POS and credit card system
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, department conditions, and food safety
- work with various professional department equipment
- perform all other duties as assigned
