Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work morning shifts with varying days
No previous work experience required but preferred
Ability to work full-time or part-time
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Must be able to maintain punctuality and regular attendance
Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and beverage preparation

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory regularity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workspaces
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
