Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior barista experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
  • Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 6 hours

Job Duties

  • Prepare and deliver coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
  • Serve coffees to the correct person without auctioning and follow allocated position numbers
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance
  • Assist with ordering and managing par levels
  • Receive and store products
  • Perform polishing and restocking duties
  • Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
