Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods of up to 7 hours
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Must wear appropriate uniform including non-slip shoes and name tag
- Must arrive on time for every shift
- Ability to maintain calm and professional behavior under pressure
- Willingness to follow directions from supervisors and managers
- Must comply with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies
- Must actively participate in HSEQ training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courteous attitude in busy environments
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling
- Ability to operate cash registers and familiarity with self-service kiosks
- Commitment to safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Serve ready-to-eat food items including pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- Set up equipment and service areas properly for each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas
- Operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking supplies and retail products
- Ensure product rotation and proper labeling
- Follow all safety rules and adhere to HACCP food safety standards
- Collaborate with chefs, front-of-house managers, catering managers, and vendors
- Display merchandise attractively to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
