Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- use of hand motions such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), between 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows established health, sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs additional duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
