Job Requirements

At least one year of experience working as a barista
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Physical ability to stand for four or more hours
Ability to follow company drink recipes and procedures
Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience working as a barista
Ability to provide excellent customer service and work as part of a team
Knowledge of coffee and smoothie preparation
Proficiency in operating espresso machines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
Operate and maintain espresso machines
Maintain, stock and clean barista area
Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed
Must be organized, action oriented and possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills
