Job Requirements
- adherence to stringent food safety and handling standards
- maintain consistent attendance
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to multitask
- cash handling and counting skills
- no prior experience required but barista experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- This person must have a positive, upbeat attitude and have a passion for customer service
- In addition, the ability to accurately operate a POS system (Toast) and maintain a balanced cash drawer is required
- (Specific experience with Toast is not necessary, but is helpful.) Shifts are 6a - 2p daily
Job Duties
- This position requires dependability and the responsibility of operating the cafe' independently
- Deco serves Starbucks coffee & specialty beverages, bakery and scratch made all-day breakfast
