  • ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and with care
  • ability to work on your feet for an entire shift (no less than 3-4 hours)
  • ability to work as a part of a team
  • minimum availability requirements: two shifts weekly, one of these needs to be a weekend shift
  • no employment with other coffee companies during tenure at Stone Creek Coffee

Job Duties

  • Warmly greeting customers upon entrance and using their names in interactions
  • offering product recommendations including food, gift cards, loyalty cards, and seasonal promotions
  • preparing high-quality espresso and coffee beverages following certification
  • maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked café environment during every shift
  • thanking every customer audibly at least once during interactions
  • participating actively in teamwork to uphold a positive and urgent café culture
  • contributing to smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
