Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to engage warmly with customers
- Willingness to learn about coffee and tea preparation
- Good physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and repetitive motions
- Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and share knowledge about coffee and tea products
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments sharing your knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert by bringing passion and applying the provided training to educate guests
- Generate new guests by fostering a welcoming store environment and building customer loyalty
- Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store tidiness organizing stock and innovating new ways to improve operations
- Take initiative by proposing ideas and tasks to add to overall store success
