Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to engage warmly with customers
  • Willingness to learn about coffee and tea preparation
  • Good physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and repetitive motions
  • Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and share knowledge about coffee and tea products
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments sharing your knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • Be a coffee and tea expert by bringing passion and applying the provided training to educate guests
  • Generate new guests by fostering a welcoming store environment and building customer loyalty
  • Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Contribute to store tidiness organizing stock and innovating new ways to improve operations
  • Take initiative by proposing ideas and tasks to add to overall store success
