Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
ability to stand for extended periods
good communication skills
willingness to learn and follow company standards and procedures
ability to work as part of a team

Passion for coffee
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
previous barista or customer service experience preferred
reliability and responsibility
flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
