Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Have a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
Ability to work under pressure
Strong motivation to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Serve coffee and beverages quickly and efficiently
Greet and engage customers with a smile and friendly attitude
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain fast-paced service
Prepare and deliver high-quality drinks according to company standards
Motivate and support fellow team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
