Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capacity to reach, kneel, and climb stairs

Job Qualifications

Employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service
Employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas)
Employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)

Job Duties

Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
Open to learning new things
