Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to a high standard
provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
build rapport, listen effectively, and provide swift service using a tailored order-creating approach
maintain a stocked bake case and neatly display merchandise
execute operational standards correctly and timely according to cafe standards, safety, and health codes
operate POS system, cash register, coffee and espresso brewing equipment
assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
