Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks following standard recipes and techniques
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner by greeting, taking orders, and assisting with beverage selection
- Possess deep knowledge of coffee and tea products, including their origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment and storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about coffee and tea products, enhancing their understanding and experience
- Support the cafe team during peak hours by assisting with beverage preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area
