Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum of one year prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Possess a flexible schedule to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
  • Show positive energy and work well as a team player

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar
  • Accept and process guest payment
  • Report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
  • Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas including coffee station and bar tops
  • Wash and sterilize glassware
  • Set up and breakdown all bar items
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
