Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
ability to operate cash register systems
capability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
excellent communication skills
willingness to follow company safety and security policies
availability to complete opening and closing shifts
attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and order
reliable and punctual
ability to maintain confidentiality
ability to assist individuals with disabilities
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
clean all equipment and areas
lock doors and secure premises
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
take orders and prepare food and coffee beverages
ensure appliances are used appropriately
bus coffee cart areas and tables
clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment
obtain change for business level
count bank at shift end and complete cashier reports
resolve discrepancies and secure bank
follow company safety and security policies
report accidents and unsafe conditions
complete safety training and certifications
maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
welcome and acknowledge guests
assist individuals with disabilities
communicate clearly and professionally
develop positive working relationships and support team goals
ensure adherence to quality standards
visually inspect tools and equipment
perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
perform other reasonable job duties as requested
