Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
Passion for coffee and tea with willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices
Be a coffee and tea expert by undergoing training and sharing passion with guests
Generate new guests by welcoming both in-store and online customers
Care about safety by prioritizing a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
Contribute to store tidiness and organization, innovate new ways to improve tasks and overall store success
Take initiative with tasks and ideas to enhance the team and customer experience
