Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
emotional maturity and professionalism
ability to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) with potential for full-time
must be able to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
basic math skills for handling POS transactions

Job Duties

Make craft espresso beverages to order
maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency
manage inventory and ingredient stock levels for service
operate and maintain espresso equipment and food warming equipment safely
help with packaging and finalizing items for sale (slicing bread, packing granola, etc)
collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient bakery operations
interact with customers in a kind and professional manner
operate a POS and handle cash and credit card transactions
be knowledgeable of our menu and able to talk about the products we serve
