Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols

Be a warm host and provide exceptional guest service throughout
Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
Be a coffee and tea expert by applying training and sharing passion with guests
Generate new guests and introduce them to the brand experience
Care about safety to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
Take pride in store tidiness, organize stock, innovate and contribute ideas
Take initiative with tasks and add to overall store success
