- Ability to promote and market food and beverage items effectively
Job Duties
- Greets guests and solicits beverage and food orders
- Prepares beverages and food items for sale
- Accurately operates the POS system according to department guidelines
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage items available at the espresso/smoothie bar including beverage recipes and nutritional information regarding baked goods
- Cleans and organizes the bar area and ensures the equipment is in good repair
- Markets and promotes special items and new items
- Stocks the espresso/smoothie bar with all food and beverage items as well as side items including cups, ice, napkins, straws, syrups
- Models a customer comes first attitude and delivers excellent customer service, supports team members
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the mission of the Bellevue Club
- For closing waitstaff: ensures the entire area is well stocked and cleaned for the next morning
- Calls the MOD to witness and sign off on the count out of the cash drawer
- Communicates with the Market Manager and Supervisor about any evening events or business operations that need attention
