Job Requirements

Must be able to pass an FBI background check
Previous barista and/or cafe experience in brewing/crafting coffee beverages required
POS experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and good organizational skills
Flexibility to switch between locations and job duties
High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Make and serve specialty coffee, tea, and additional hot/cold beverages
Greet and interact with customers while displaying a positive and friendly attitude
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning grinders
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items
Maintain stock of the cafe inventory
