Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a foodservice or customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of handling cash and operating POS systems
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in quick service restaurants, coffee shops, or fast casual dining is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and health safety standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Receive payment from the customer and process change
- Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
- Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
- Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
- Other duties as assigned
