Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a foodservice or customer service role preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Capable of handling cash and operating POS systems
Must adhere to health and safety regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in quick service restaurants, coffee shops, or fast casual dining is an advantage
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to follow detailed instructions and health safety standards
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
Receive payment from the customer and process change
Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
Other duties as assigned
