Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a foodservice or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of handling cash and operating POS systems
  • Must adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants, coffee shops, or fast casual dining is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and health safety standards
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
  • Receive payment from the customer and process change
  • Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • Other duties as assigned
