Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
Operate food and beverage preparation equipment according to brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols strictly
Accept and apply feedback from supervisors to improve performance
Assist in training new employees as needed
