Job Requirements

Previous experience as a barista preferred
Experience working in a fine dining environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand or walk for 8-10 hours
Willingness to learn product knowledge and restaurant procedures

Job Duties

Prepare coffee beverages for guests at the counter and in the dining area
Maintain a clean and stocked coffee station and kiosk during shifts
Deliver all coffee service bar tickets to guest tables after preparation
Make consistent espresso drinks and provide proper beverage service at the end of meals
Exhibit a friendly demeanor in the restaurant environment
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining professionalism
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Stand or walk throughout the entire 8-10 hour shift
Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and procedures
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently via adherence to recipe and presentation standards
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines related to beverage service
