Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least six months of related customer service experience
ability to stand for seven to eight hours per day
capability to lift up to 30 pounds
good hearing and near vision
precise motor function for hand and foot use
availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
willingness to work under general supervision

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum six months experience in a related customer service position
knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods
understanding of food safety standards and quality control
ability to operate cash register systems
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

Serve customers in a warm and friendly manner with exceptional customer service
prepare all beverages according to recipe specifications and re-heat food items as instructed
operate cash register system accurately and timely
maintain cash drawer totals within a three-dollar variance
clean and maintain equipment for food safety
stock and rotate products ensuring proper labeling
maintain cleanliness of dining area including washing dishes, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping
complete cleaning checklists and assigned duties
adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls
