Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible and varying shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Open availability preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to maintain clean and organized workspaces

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a barista or in food service is advantageous but not required
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Basic cash handling and register operation skills

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform additional duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
