Job Duties

Provide consistently excellent customer service with a cheerful, friendly personality by communicating professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to standards
Communicate customer feedback to managers
Recommend menu items such as coffee and pastries to customers
Create a fun and engaging environment while serving coffee and beignets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Participate in team activities and training sessions
