Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain cleanliness
- operate cash register and process payments
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- notify management of supply needs
- comply with company policies on security and product handling
- maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs and specials to customers
- follow PPE and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- may perform tasks in other departments as needed
- complete additional responsibilities as assigned
