Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain cleanliness
  • operate cash register and process payments
  • stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
  • maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
  • use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
  • notify management of supply needs
  • comply with company policies on security and product handling
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked department
  • communicate company programs and specials to customers
  • follow PPE and safety guidelines
  • follow food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • may perform tasks in other departments as needed
  • complete additional responsibilities as assigned
