Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience
previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred
must have excellent customer service skills
ability to hear timers and coordinate with other baristas
ability to check food quality and read production charts and recipes
ability to interact with guests in a positive hospitable manner
must be able to use the cash register and collect money with accuracy
ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
ability to read write and communicate in English
ability to lift product cases weighing up to 70 lbs
capable of pushing and pulling carts and regular bending
mobility to move all around the coffee shop continuously standing
