Job Requirements

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers
Provide consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and employees
Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Assist with new hire training by coaching and developing team members
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Engage with customers, anticipate guests' needs,and perform multiple tasks during shifts
