Job Requirements

Successful completion of high school or equivalent
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Basic math and cash handling skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and committed to a healthy/safe working environment
Customer service skills
No previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other assigned duties based on business necessities and client requirements
