Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

Job Duties

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings according to established service standards
Clean, sanitize and maintain store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
Assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors
Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
Receive, unload and distribute deliveries
Other duties as assigned
