Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and health standards
Strong communication skills
Must comply with environmental conditions including working in varying temperatures and noise levels

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge about coffee and tea
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Be a warm host - guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
Share knowledge of coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
Act as a coffee and tea expert by learning and sharing product knowledge
Generate new guests and foster loyalty within the community
Ensure safety by prioritizing the health and well-being of employees and guests
Maintain store tidiness, organize stock, and innovate new operational methods
Take initiative to contribute to the overall success of the store
