high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus

willingness to learn and follow franchisee-specific operational procedures

Job Duties

prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
maintain a clean and organized work environment
operate coffee equipment and POS systems efficiently
follow all health and safety regulations
participate in ongoing training and development
support team members to ensure a smooth operation
