Job Requirements

Successful completion of high school or equivalent
Open availability for varying shifts
Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to perform additional duties as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques
Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Barista certification such as Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
