Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Good physical condition to perform tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, talking, and hearing
Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Commitment to company core values of Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainability
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in coffee and tea preparation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Be a warm host and provide exceptional guest service throughout
Share knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability with guests
Become a coffee and tea expert through provided training and share passion with customers
Generate new guests and promote brand loyalty
Prioritize safety for employees and guests
Maintain store tidiness and organize stock
Innovate and take initiative to contribute to overall store success
